We had a vision...
Training the next generation of business, we teach aspiring women how to find power and passion in partnership to the enterprises of the future, led by the feminine.
From there, we created our mission:
By using our skills, experience and cross-generational knowledge, we provide professional development training to those assisting businesses to grow to their fullest potential.
Then we created the most important principles for assisting the operations of organizations that would serve the future of business--with a flair from the past--and governed by the needs of our current world. These principles are:
3. Success for the Assistant, businesses and our own organization
4. Single Purpose
8. Professional Development
9. Personal Development
But before all that, we were a family.
Professionally, Regina worked as a c-suite executive assistant; Nicole was the go-to for the customer demanding to "see the Manager", handling front desk, account management, and sales, and Isabel has become a top office manager and marketing specialist supporting many NYC-based diverse, local small businesses.
Born from a good idea coupled with the need to bring something to our pandemic-centered 2020 society, we realized way too many service-oriented women were out of work and we could be part of re-training some of them. Clearly, if there would be more online businesses appearing, with more new executives and entrepreneurs wanting to GROW - but not manage - those businesses, we had a need to step into.
Between the three of us - our hard work, our humor, our dedication to serve, organize and administer to businesses - we could pool our valuable know-how and experience. We realized we're highly capable of creating a top-notch Professional Assistant training program that would create opportunities not just for top-notch business assistance but for business growth.
A trifold feminine mastermind purpose...what could be more proactive and supportive of the success of women than that?
